John R. Wood is one of the largest independently-owned real estate firms in the Southwest Florida market. I collaborated and designed for top selling real estate agents. From creating brochures for multi-million dollar listings, catalogs, direct mail pieces, to full page ads of their water front property, I was the go-to girl for the job.
Hurricane Brochure - Tri-fold Brochure
Since Florida is known for their hurricanes, I collaborated with Mary Beth in developing The Ultimate Hurricane Checklist provided to her exisiting and potential client base. My task was to arrange items into group and mocking up a cover for this brochure.
Bayshore Colony - Gatefold Brochure
I was tasked to conceptualize a brochure for this Mediterranean listing by exploring a unique way to present the house. In this project, I strayed away from the grids and guidelines, and tastefully cropped the images which were laid across four panels.
